In early October, George Evans appeared with a trio at the Clarendon Hotel in Old Quebec, one of the most picturesque cities in North America. The room was packed and the clientele supportive, so a return visit could possibly be in the cards.
Note: If you aren't accustomed to the cold of Canadian winter, make sure to visit Quebec City during the warmer months to enjoy it fully. Otherwise, pack your fur hat, skis, and thermal underwear.

We have been told that TVO's "Studio Two", recently re-aired last season's segment featuring George and an all-star band performing two selections from "I'm All Smiles". Watch for George performing with such a band in the city of Toronto in the new year, leading to a new C.D. project. Ah, the anticipation!

The miniseries "Bonanno: A Godfather's Story" aired on commercial television for the first time on Global Television, July 17. George was featured performing "Again" in a recreation of Mel Torme's hit recording from 1949 with a great band. Watch for "Bonanno" to re-air Stateside on Hallmark Hall of Fame.
