In the last several years, Estelle Rosen of has been involved in producing live events featuring spoken word, performance art, and theatrical excerpts. February 2002 found Estelle producing the theatre segment of , a high-profile spoken word festival. Her activities on the local theatre scene, including the weekly radio program "Upstage" on CKUT-FM, focusing on theatre, would seem to indicate that presenting a live theatre production would be a natural progression.
Estelle Rosen is one of the founding members of SHEBA Productions.
SHEBA Productions was formed in order to prepare and present the one-woman musical autobiography at the 2006 Montreal Fringe Festival. Following its successful run, Crossroads was expanded into a full length musical theatre piece.
Estelle was both Producer and Publicist for the first SHEBA production presented at the Centaur Theatre in Montreal from October 24 to November 11, 2007.
