Upcoming engagements:
A quick hello today and a word of thanks to all who came out and made the recent headlining engagement by "George Evans and his Quartet" such a success at the Montréal Bistro and Jazz Club. The band was wonderful and the music-making most exciting. I am delighted to have played the room and look forward to a return before year's-end with another unique set of songs backed by one of my working groups.
We are pleased to announce a further series of casual dates in three cities, beginning with a weekender in Newmarket tonight and tomorrow at the elegant Orleans Restaurant and Jazz Lounge. Many of Toronto's best girl-singers have already played the room and reports are ecstatic on the space, the menu, and the service. Dates in Ottawa and Montréal immediately follow, so take note and make your reservations now.
